About levels

A FB recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn for a role that she was working on. We had an initial conversation and I was told that the role was not finalized, but the recruiter described it as an IC role which requires experience and has a lot of visibility.

I got a follow-up email today with the detailed JD, and Bluejeans link but I was left confused. The title suggests that it is an Analyst role and requires lesser YOE than what I have.

I want to understand how levels work at FB. How does YOE tie into the titles that you guys get. Please note that it is no a developer role.
