Level 9 Seattle $124K a year. They are client driven. Definitely set up a strategy plan. You can be put on furlough if there is no work.

You were aware Accenture is also body shopping like Infosys, TCS, CTS? You will be managing few teams/managers with full of politics. Soon your hair will become white if you have black hair now, or go bald by dealing all onsite/offshore sad stories. Stay away if you have an option.
Not everyone comes from FAANG background. For people from TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture is a dream company. But agree if OP can afford to stay away from body shopping companies, better for him.
