110k to 120k is "normal" with exceptions low and high.
Made Manager back in 2011 and got a raise up to $90K in San Francisco. My counselees were making $110Kish when getting promo'd in recent years.
Where are you based? I'm in SF and make a bit over 100 as a consultant.

That's it? I thought managers were making 140k flat
And strategy managers 180k

Why run ? I'm curious.
They hire great people early on in their careers but I've seen people who spend too long there burn out or turn horribly political
