How's Addepar looking? Got a few offers but so far got a really good impression from the interviews with them. How's the company, comp and culture like?
It's a good company to work for. One of Palantir co-founders started it
Is Vladimir Novakovski still there? Smart as fuck guy!
He is super smart! He hasn't been at Addepar for a while though...
Former employee here. Comp has greatly improved in the past 2 years. Company is doing well. MV is a bit sleepier than the NYC office but good people. MV eng is mostly infrastructure, sre, infosec, and some financial calculations. Most of the heavy product and data work happens in NYC.
Thanks, as far as rep goes, you think a PM role may help me move into FANG eventually? Got 2 other offers from f500 but looking for highest trajectory
How much is comp
It looks like they get some googlers. Do they pay like Google?
Only come to Addepar if you're using it to step to something else. Most individual teams are run well, people are smart/driven, but leadership is a mess and getting worse.
I am going to interview with Addepar, would like to know more about the leadership there as well
Hey, would you mind sharing what you found? They contacted me and I am wondering if it’s worth investing my time with them. Thanks!
Leadership has vastly improved over the past two years especially in R&D.

Kinda unrelated but Addepar is a really weird name. Sounds like a medicine. Name gives me no hint of what that company does
You work at Google...
