What is 15+15? Is it bonus and yearly stocks? Your target bonus might be around ~8 L, stocks 24k usd for 05 years. Right? Do you still have joining stocks left? At Adobe, you can expect ~50 base, standard bonus, 100k usd stocks.
Yes 8l n 24K figure is correct. I roughly translated USD to INR. Joining stock are running out,so this stock no are with out those. What level at Adobe does this translate to? Also what is bonus figure at Adobe?

Did you get the offer. I am a l 64 pm as well at ms and recruiter approached me for a snr pm position. Seems to be a downlevel tbh.
