Cs2 is fine at your experience. Offer is good. There is 15% aip on fixed part. Ur Adobe ctc goes approx 75 and current is approx 57.its a good hike. Try to get more stocks. 100-120 should be possible. And also get jb for second year. They should be able to give that.

  Yes i did. Initial offer the recruiter was arnd 49 + 75k/4. I really didn't like the conversation with the recruiter.

Does this 52 base includes AIP? And How much Jb is for 2nd year? I am also joining soon as CS2.
