Adobe offer negotiation advice?
Has anyone recently received / negotiated an offer from Adobe? Would love to hear your experience and advice. Guidance on ranges would be helpful as well. This is for a Director level PM role. In general, what % of Total Comp at Adobe is in RSU? Is there an annual bonus?
Don't know range but if you have a number, ask for it.
Accidentally posted before I was done... Anyway, I did not ask range before telling them my price (which I knew was o the high side, but I have niche expertise they were looking for). Turns out I asked for more than what they budgeted, and they didn't hesitate to accommodate me. If you don't have a magic number, just ask directly for range. They will probably be pretty transparent about it.
