Do you really think Amazon is that bad
This is not bad for Adobe. I’m impressed.
Adobe is not giving that much i m trying to ask that much
How was the interview ?
What did the finally offer? In my opinion, there's no way Adobe would give 170k. You could however negotiate signing bonus.
I have a competing offer but I don't want to join that company
You know that but Adobe does not. As long as it is a better offer, you can try to negotiate.
Hmmm what if they reject me after that ? Does that happen
Final offer 160k base 23k 1st + 10 second year sign in 140k stocks 7% bonus And giving me just 1week for offer acceptance
Let us know what you ended up deciding
Decided to join
How any about level 5 for management consulting
Is that year bonus guaranteed? Not a bad offer but might be quite some room for more stocks?
Is it a right compensation to ask for ? They have not yet given the offer recruiter called for expectation and i said this
