I saw adobe got top rated workplace by indeed. People at adobe, do you agree? Do you like working there?
Oh yeah, esp. if the horror stories about FB and amazon are to be believed.
Absolutely love it. Best place I've ever worked, and it's not even close.
Total BS. Specially terrible for women and POC
Terrible is a strong word. Mind elaborating?
Wlb is good. Sailing with the rising stocks so far. Could sense some saturation in last year in stock price though.
Excellent WLB, ESPP is gr8, stock is ✊☝️ and moreover 2 week shutdown a year.
Like every company, Adobe has it’s issues. Benefits and pay are great especially for the hours people put in (aka very much like a country club). In terms of growth - HR seems to be the place where people get promoted to directors and VPs frequently (yet have little to no reports). Engineering is ok - often wonder if Adobe is selling itself short with some hiring decisions (at all levels lately). Biggest pet peeve are females in marketing or HR going around going around talking about /writing articles about “women in tech” and how they (at Adobe) made a career in tech.... yet we never actually here from females with actual engineering or comp sci backgrounds. Give my head a shake on a daily basis.
All I can say is that I am very happy about my decision to join Adobe. You are empowered to do good work and they sure that you are not overworked and have ample time for family. Again, it depends on team but I believe most of the employees would agree with me. If you want to slog and work work, work a lot, fast paced environment. Move fast break things philosophy, then keep away from Adobe.
Loving it here. Great wlb, leadership and culture. Stock price has more than doubled in just two years $$
I like it.
Every workplace is top rated somewhere or the other. It doesn’t even matter anymore.
