Adobe utah compensation and interviews

I don't know if this will be useful to you but I had a new grad offer from them in 2014 with a base of $80k but took a msft offer with a base of $105k. My guess is now they offer $90k base for new grad meaning someone with 5yoe could be making $130-140k base and probably $160k TC. No idea what stock and joining bonus would look like for an industry hire. Good luck. They pay fairly well given the low col in Utah.

I know it's been a while since you asked. 9+ yoe Base around 125k Stocks 30-60k each year depending on current price (not everyone gets refreshers every year, I've been very lucky to get them since my second or third year). Bonus 7-10% depending on level/title The past two years my W-2 has shown just north of 200k as my taxable income. Interviews vary by team. Usually a 2-4, 45 minute interviews with people on the team. Range of topics including personality and technical questions. I've loved adobe, been here for more than 5 years now.
