We have awesome benifits at Adobe but I no longer see a path for career growth here. Can others weigh in on companies that are equal, or with any luck better, to work for in terms of benefits and pay. Things I value most are - Unlimited PTO Shutdown(s) Stock/equity purchases Maternity coverage #Adobe #benefits #career #worklifebalance #companyculture #companyculture
Base + Equity is all you need. Adobe CS 6 offer doesn't even go as far as Amazon SDE3.
Whats the break down of your current pay? Base, stock, yearly bonus, refresher?
I also don't see any growth path in Adobe. I'm waiting for my RSUs to be vested. adobe stock jumps from 2017 300%.
the blind rule is to add your TC to your post if you want answers.
Facebook has the same benefits. Google Apple Salesforce Netflix
Sorry - didn’t know. With “merit” (hmph) TC - $155k, no RSUs, 10% AIP - have 50 RSUs that vest in August
Which level?
Well.. the original post gets it right. If money is all you care about, then Adobe might not be the best place for you. But if you go beyond money - there’s awesome work culture, no micromanaging, create & reach your goals, WFH flexibility, unlimited PTO, 2 shutdowns a year..
Not to mention the 2-year baseline ESPP, maxed @ 20% of pay. If only ESPP wasn’t IRS maxed at $25k/yr....
First of all, you know the rules. Feel free to edit your post. Second, can you provide some info on Adobe’s bennies so that people know how to compare?
