Our team is being upleveled in analytics stack, like SQL, python, R. Currently I’m pretty much the only one on my team with these skills already, and my boss is pushing/letting me do the work of teaching them, linking resources, and setting up trainings.
I don’t mind doing this, in fact I like helping people, but I’m equal to or lower seniority than everyone else on the team so it feels weird. Should I keep requesting higher promotion / higher pay to compensate or does this kinda thing happen frequently. (Recently entered workforce so don’t have much experience with this type of thing)
TC: $105,000
