I am a fresh grad that received a few offers. One faang company and another less well known startup. Google offered much less. which would you say is more important for a junior dev: TC vs company reputation vs learning opportunities/project

Paper money doesn’t count towards TC
I went to Google making slightly lower salary, and slightly higher TC. Within a couple years I was making significantly more that I would have made where I started. Not only that, but I learned a lot of good engineering practices that I still use. Working at Google was a lot less sexy than I imagined, but I still feel like it was a worthwhile experience.
Go to Google. The brand name will open many doors in your next job search. While at Google, you'll learn engineering best practices and likely be managed by adults that understand how to run projects. However, you'll likely be doing boring work and not learning as fast as you could at a startup. After 2-3 years, leave for a top tier startup. You'll probably get better offers because you're coming from Google.
