Advice needed for L66 Microsoft PM Manager
Managing a team of 8 PMs. L66 for 2 years, high performer, decent chance to hit L67 next year. High impact role, supportive management, respected by team and colleagues. But 4 year cliff approaching soon. Will be under the market. And recruiters are reaching out. Wait for 67? Start talking? what type of roles and levels should i consider? stay at MS? TC: 450+

What will be your TC? How come you can get to 67 as a line manager
You can even as an IC PM. At MS 67 is not strictly = M2.

What's tc after cliff?
Around 380. If I hit 67 next year, target @100% will be 480 ish. But it will take couple of years to see the real money.
