Advice needed on Amazon.
Is it common to be poached by recruiters of different Amazon business units, I recently gave Amazon's online assessment (cleared it with some test cases failing) after attending an Amazon devices event in Boston , in the meanwhile one of the staffing agencies contacted me with a role for Audible, now I was scheduled for a phone interview with Audible tomorrow but I received a call from another recruiter who works with Pillpack and Amazon Devices teams and he tells me we would like to invite you for an onsite interview but you will have to cancel the audible phone interview in order for us to proceed. While I am on call with this recruiter I see another email with an onsite already scheduled at Arlington office by another recruiter. Does anyone have any ideas about the alexa devices team in boston as well as Pillpack. Also is cancelling Audible phone round a sensible move, the other recruiter said onsite can be scheduled for next month.
Yeah if Audible is interested, they can still ask for you after you clear the loop. You can ask to speak to them.
You mean I should go ahead and cancel the phone round and ask the other recruiter for onsite round and later on if I clear onsite I can always ask Audible team as well ?
Yes. Explain this to the Audible recruiter too, that you have an onsite. Ask them if it is ok for them to speak to you if you do well.

Your friend should use the offers as competing offers to negotiate each other roles
Amazon wonāt do that. The point is they donāt mind the investment knowing it allows the candidate to find the right role.

Can someone from Amazon please confirm if I can give both the phone interview and onsite together. Audible's HR is saying both can be given, while Alexa's HR is saying only one interview loop can be done at a time.
You have two HRs telling you different things. I doubt you can find more credibility in any of the responses we can give you. I can start the ball rolling though. Hope it helps you. I am a VP, and I know for a fact that the Alexa HR is correct. Good luck.
You cannot give 2 onsite. If you fail one you fail other as you are not better than 50% of rest of amazon. Would recommend just going for one which you like most.
