Currently a Manager at Deloitte. Strong development history with good leadership experience. YOE is 15yrs, with 9 yrs of tech leadership with reports numbering up to 35 and have managed managers. I also have good PM and product management experience, as I have taken several products/offerings to market. Up for promotion to Sr. Manager this year, but not loving consulting and looking for a change.
Would love to enter G, curious what level I should aim for? There is a Director of Engineering posting that made me super excited and I match specified requirements. What do you all think? Good level or too high?
Your advice is greatly appreciated!
