Advice to get into Riot

Hello,

Anyone here has any tip or suggestion for getting a job at Riot as a Sofware Engineer?

I’m a big fan of the game, have played it since season 2.

I have 3 years of swe experience. (Ex msft, ex google intern). I need a visa.
