I'm about to start to look for a new remote job and I want to target smallish tech startups (<50). I know that blind is filled with MANGA people but I was wondering for the ones that are in small startups, how are your recruitment process? Any leetcode even at small scale?

We're 10 people. No leetcode. Questions related to work experience, tech stack being hired on. 3 rounds, mostly technical.

We’re 60 people. No leetcode. 3-4 interviews. Then a paid project for like 2 weeks. Then another two meetings with C-Suite people. If you get that far, then you get an offer but our hiring process is very selective. We get few applicants and for the few who apply, it’s tough to get in.
