Can anyone use concrete logic to explain why this isn’t sexual and racial discrimination?

It’s also non-military discrimination. I always love hearing the veterans at work talk about how they hate diversity hiring. The cognitive dissonance is astounding.
Cool brah 😂
Veterans are impacted exactly the same way as other protected classes. Some are discriminated against. Some are only hired because they are veterans. Some are smart and would get the job either way. I would argue there is less discrimination against veterans compared to others since most people respect vets and it is less visible, but my point is if you do not acknowledge them both as being discriminated against, it is cognitive dissonance.
Legally it is, but arguably it is leveling out the discrimination that already exists widely.
It levels out discrimination for large and vocal special interests. People with moles on their noses or are 4’ tall are discriminated against, but there are no protections for them.

I am also puzzled how such reverse discrimination, as some see it, is compatible with equal opportunity employment. I never dared to ask this question at the company. It is an interesting subject which role/reponsibility businesses have in adjusting pre-existing uneven distribution in candidates via hiring or firing.
As the narrative goes, you all have an unconscious bias against some classes. the list is given by the ruling elite which is more conscious than you. adding discrimination against the other classes neutralizes your unconscious bias. If this doesn't sound concrete remember you are unconscious about it.
So you are fighting against unconscious bias that you claim that I have. But I dont know I have it because I am unconscious about it because elite who are more conscious than I, have secretly planted this in my head. To put an end to unconscious bias, we need to implement more discrimination to neutralize something that I am not aware of but for sure exists because of elites. Am I getting it correct?
The elite didn't plant it in your head, it's just there and the narrative doesn't say why. The elites are conscious of your bias and you are not. that's why they are telling you to fix it via discrimination.

That’s correct. It is discrimination. What it isn’t is *illegal* discrimination. Companies discriminate literally all the time in hiring. They just have to follow the law when they do.
It is illegal in CA though due to CA state constitution.
