After AWS on site interview
What is the communication process after AWS on-site? How long does it take for recruiter to get back? Do they only respond after loop discussion meeting? Is it good idea to reach the recruiter for status? @amazonions

After on site, you get the response back with in 5 business days. Recruiter can only provide feedback based on the meeting after the loop. Don't be shy to ping the recruiter.
Had on site on Wednesday, sent a note to the recruiter after the interview. No response from him. Is this usual?

Yes, totally usual. It's hard to organize a meeting with 6-8 people. Even if they met on Friday, recruiter will be able to get back to you by Monday.

Usually they make a decision on Friday
