Hi,
I recently found this gem of a website and learnt a lot about Tech stories here. Anyway, recently, someone here suggested me about exploring HFT as a career. I am currently a final year PhD working in reinforcement learning.
My question is does someone have any sage advice how to pursue HFT (how should I update CV companies to look etc.), I have mostly focused on tech so HFT is alien to me.

Iβm sure Iβm missing a few obvious ones, but I would start with those and research what they do and what sort of roles they are looking for. PhD in RL seems like potentially a strong fit.
Also, to add to the list: Jump Trading, PDT, Virtu, Five Rings, Old Mission, QuantLabs, Headlands Tech..there's a lot of them out there
