AirBnB engineering reporting structure?

I’ve read several (now likely out of date) articles on AirBnB’s team/org structure but wondering how it is organized now. How are eng teams and reporting structure working now? Do engineers report to eng mgrs who lead feature teams or is reporting cutting across feature teams (more of a matrix) where the eng mgr is not closely aligned with the work that the engineer is doing and acting more as a career mentor?
