Maybe the case for people coming from Google, my impression is that it’s not the case for people interviewing in general (though I don’t have data). The technical questions are pretty tough.

I’m convinced I did well in technical and behavioral failed me. I was pretty pissed off and turned off that they would weight bullshit storytelling skills over technical ability.
It’s comparatively complex problem, with level 4 difficulty.
