That's so true for so many companies. Somehow chinese guys just don't want/like to talk in English. They want to keep everything to themselves. Interviews in Mandarin, then stand-up in Mandarin, and discussions as well in Mandarin. I hate to work in Open Office when people don't wanna use common language. Its so annoying and disturbing....
