Airbnb offer evaluation - non technical
Base - 150K RSU - 100K over 4yrs Annual bonus - 15% TC: ~200K 12 yoe No signing bonus. Already asked if this is possible. Hard no. BASE: I'm at top of range per recruiter so no movement. Annual bonus is standard I believe. Thoughts?

Their RSU has no value at present. They might quote higher internally, but when IPOd things will change like Uber. Ask for more RSU. Atleast 200k
