Airbnb phone screen - executable code editor?
Can we run code during Airbnb coding phone interview? Can we make changes if there is a compiler error or some testcases not passing?
So many of us are actively interviewing... does everyone think things are that bad ??
No we’re interviewing because things are so good that there’s lots of jobs and not enough of us to fill them
Yeah when there’s so many jobs available, why stay at one company when you can hop around to try new things? You gotta find a balance between staying long enough to do meaningful work and lasting impact vs switching jobs so you see new people, new technology, and new processes.
you can play around with it beforehand, also good to take some time to read about non standard libraries supported by coderpad if you use them (eg guava for java, boost for cpp)
