Airbnb program manager comp inquiry - non coding
Never worked in tech company but check every box they require for a global manager position. Trying to gauge a fair comp. Currently unfamiliar with FAANG comp structures so I've been reading Blind, but I've not found too much on non tech comp. TC: 80K YOE = 14 Thanks so much in advance!

scarletw1 OP Oct 26, 2019If I ask for the pay range, will they give me the full pay range or just what they think they can get the applicant with? Do non tech have levels too?

By law they have to give you the base pay range, and only after initial interview.
Airbnb pays A LOT.
Thanks- I'm looking for initial numbers for potential starting point on negotiation. Recruiter ballparked around $200K TC but with SF, I'm a little concerned with that being enough for cost of living expenses
Yeah 200k in SF is not a lot, you would have to commute far to find cheaper housing.
