Airbnb referral
Any kind soul here open to referring me to Airbnb? I had earlier dropped a message to a recruiter on LinkedIn but I guess my 'New' company doesn't get much attention. Is it a mandate to first make it to a top tier company to get attention from an Airbnb recruiter?

HR is probably flooded with applicants after it was leaked they were filing for IPO.

Make sure your resume lines up with their job description. A lot of times recruiters just scan for matching keywords and if it doesn’t meet some threshold they don’t even bother looking further.
