Congrats on great offers! You’re missing a few things for Airbnb: - Airbnb also has a target stock refresher. Probably around 1/4 of your initial grant or around 200K for L5. - In 2019, you can take up to 25% of your refresher as cash instead of RSUs. - The 20% bonus is not a one time bonus. It has not been officially guaranteed to stay forever, but very unlikely it will be completely taken away. Most likely it will be simply changed to factor in individual performance (right now only company performance based). 15 days of PTO, but also 2 weeks of company wide shutdown during Christmas/New Years, so not too bad. I’ve come from a company with unlimited PTO and don’t feel PTO constrained here. If culture and WLB are important to you, definitely Airbnb. In general, people are way nicer here and WLB is generally quite good. Also food is much better than Uber’s and dinner starts at 6 haha I would try to negotiate up to 800K RSUs and you’ll be in great shape

Uber hands down. You will be liquid next year and we are in for strong growth again this next year. Wlb is really good here, Imo. Food is not good, honestly, it's just ok. Lots of work being done to retain high performers so you're going to get great refreshers

The uber stock refresher is not a bonus and airbnb has one too. It's just the normal annual refresher. They are aprox the same.
