Does anyone know if Airbnb hires PhD grads for non-senior positions? If so, I appreciate if someone put in a referral for me. I am a PhD graduate with 3 YOE.

Following as I too recently got a PhD but have no idea how to make use of it in getting a job. Academics can be insular and only looking for teaching jobs.
We have lot of data scientists and most of them are PhD . Some data scientist title could be inflated one as they are just analyst but we have lot of hardcore data scientists . Apply in any data science team, they would love to have you apply
