Airtel x labs (SSE) vs Visa (DE)

I am currently working as SSE and being offered a senior data engineer role in Visa and Senior software engineer role in airtel x labs.
Consider below details :

Airtel x labs tech stacks and Tc :
1. role : SSE
2. tech stacks : java microservices
3. offer : 25 Lpa fixed
4. location : Gurgaon

Visa tech stacks and Tc :
1. role : senior data engineer
2. tech stacks : golang, flink and microservices
3. offer : to be discussed with hr.
4. location : Bangalore

I have no issues with location.
Looking for a company where I can grow with good pace.
Should I change my profile from SSE to DE?
What will be its inpact on my post company leaving. Will I get calls for both SSE and DE ?

Current Tc : 10 Lpa fixed
Yoe : 5 years
