Any idea about how the team is? Under Tapas Roy? I am planning to apply for internal SDET-2 opportunity with Alexa Home Automation, curious about WLB/OnCall Load/Promo opportunity.

(a) SDET-3 is hard to get, anywhere in Amazon (b) mature org, not enough scope to make “big” impact (c) WLB is fine, I don’t think SDET’s go on-call; but you should check with the hiring manager (d) Don’t Apply! Do an informal interview and get a verbal OK before you apply!
