Alibaba career levels
I’m exploring an offer with Alibaba in South East Asia. Any information about career level mapping at Alibaba? How senior or junior is level 8 in Alibaba?

It fluctuates and depends on location, E5 in FB or L6 in AMZN can get P8 offers, there are rare cases like T4 from Google get a P8 offer in Hangzhou, China Alibaba’s RSU doesn’t have the option of sell to cover, you have to first payout the tax in cash out of pocket, then it can be vestedm
So a L8 in Alibaba maps to L65 in MS and L6 in AMZN is it?
