Am I in Square's blocklist?

Got approached by a Square recruiter through Vettery almost 2 years ago, but the email I had on Vettery was old, so never checked it until recently. Couple of days ago applied for Square and got rejection email without ever first round of interview. Tried connecting with their recruiter on Linkedin, he didn't accept it.
