The 3 Body Problem series if youโre into Science Fiction
Hell good
Let me look this up. Omg...why is there 52 books with this title?
Dresden files (gets better after book 3-4) Six of crows Ender's game Dawn of wonder Dune The name of the wind
I couldn't get thru book of Dresden files. Omg. The main character got on my nerves. I might start on a later book instead. Just read Enders Game again! It's a classic. May go back to read Dune. Haven't read them since I was a kid. Name of the Wind is very good. But for some reason tho my attention got distracted and didnt finish or maybe I didn't make it to book 2?. Lol. I need to go back and see
I couldn't finish the Dune series but the first 3 were good. I really liked the whole Ender's verse, I liked the shadow series as well. Name of the wind I really liked but I stopped after the first book since I wanted to wait for the third book to come out. Recently I read a series called King dark tidings which I thought were pretty good. It's self published author so not 100% polished but if you can look past it you might like it. The first book is free with Amazon prime. I read ready player one a while back and thought it was a fun read, especially if you play/played video games.
YA. John Green has written some very interesting books. Stephen King - Horror, Crime, drama - great writting all around Michael Connelly - Harry Bosch, Lincoln Lawyer etx. Very detailed police procedurals Jhumpa Lahiri - Great drama, touching verse Jodie Picoult - Domestic drama. She is very good at tackling sensational topics (race, school shootings) John Grisham, James Patterson - mindless potboilers tailored especially for plane rides Celeste Ng - Little fires everywhere - really well written.
Yeah. I have a sweet spot for YA books. Cant believe I left that off.
Haruki murakami
Which book would you recommend to start? 1Q84 seems good, but the reviews are...eh.
I liked 'norwegian wood' by Haruki Murakami

Reading LOL
Sorry, lol. I suck at video games and grew up poorish. Libraries were free.
I grew up in Africa, we didnโt have libraries, just crime - I still managed to play thousands of hours of video games. Never make excuses, only progress.
