Is this in AWS? Nevertheless It’s so low
Nope. This is non-Aws!
Aws almost pays doubled this
Keep in mind op is in VA
🥜🐿️ Don't care if it's ops in VA. That's a terrible offer especially for L6 scope. If you don't negotiate you deserve that comp
I am targetting for 200K. What do you consider a good number?
Max base is 160k. get closer to that, especially if you killed the loop or have competing offers.
This is lower than what current mba are getting for program manager out of university recruiting. Their base starts at 132k.
210 will be as high as you can go for Arlington L6 pm. You got median
If it’s the first number the recruiter gave you, it’s not top of the band. Thumb rule - Ask for 20% more than what the recruiter offers first.
Did you accept the offer? Your yearly TC comes out 164.75K/Yr. Don't just look at the first year my friend. Look at the total comp over 4 years and divide that by 4. That's your annual compensation.
Following.
Top of the band
No it’s not. Top of band for L6 non-tech program manager is about 200k.
Agreed. This is top of band for Arlington
