Devs who work/worked at Alexa Shopping: How do you like it?
There are many interesting problems in the space but management is clueless about what to do. it affects sdes by constant change in priority where you may have to leave things in the middle to work on new priority and maybe leave that as well later on.
Is this real? What’s your level?
And the management confusion continues. They are shuffling teams left and right!! What's the logic of handing over one teams charter to another team and give them just a month for transition? The entire OneTurnCX shit made half of the teams jobless. The P.E. has been here for more than a year and all he talks about is the work he did (may be not) in his previous company.
