Anyone have any experience with BIE roles at Amazon? If so, what salary were you offered and with what experience? Thanks!

I make 140k TC as BIE 2..however my job title is data scientist -irrespective of that SDEs rule the roost at amazon -pay is nowhere close to an SDE .In comparison SDE 2 earns about 170-200TC

3 years total experience (one year non tech + 2 years tech)..degree in electrical engineering
I'm a level 1, base pay was 108. First year total is about 135k.
Should be fine. I got 165k with 3 years experience.
L5 BIE TC 140K, 93K base, the rest is stock No technical degree, self taught SQL/Python. Transitioned from L5 retail role 2 months ago.

They could be saying that the pay is pathetic so you should move on to a different company
