I have never worked at amazon but I dislike the Microsoft culture. Hoping amazon is more entrepreneurial and modern.
The number of data points I have is less - but when I see people who come to Amazon from Microsoft, they seem to look for reasons to not accomplish a task than to take it to closure. They act slowly. On the other hand, seasoned Amazonians have bias for risk taking and try to get things done by finding alternatives in many dimensions
