Amazon Customer Returns team feedback
Got offer from Returns group, Hyderabad location. I need feedback about the team? How's the work quality, team culture, work life balance in the team? I don't know anyone in this group, so please help me if you work or worked there or you know someone who has worked there.

It used to be a really good org but now it is going spiral down. There has been changes in leadership since 2018, few wrong people got promoted and they change everything. Now leadership only focus on business related projects having monetary impact and gives no fuck about tech. People licking ass of the leadership are easily being promoted and the actual talented people who have balls to disagree with leadership are piped or asked to look some other team.
Could you share your experience here?
