Recently I interviewed for an area manager position at an Amazon FC. After the interview I got an offer for an L6 operations manager position. I wasn’t expecting to get an offer so I had no idea what salary to ask for. I think I messed up and asked for too little. What do you all think: Base salary: $120k Signing bonus: $25k first year, $20k second year RSU: 30 Any idea where this falls in the range for an L6 in an Amazon FC. I’m satisfied with the compensation as it is enough to maintain my current lifestyle, but feel like I should have asked for more.

RSU is in line with the role since its non tech and is probably in the pathways program Suggest asking for more base to get your TC as close to 165K but I believe the absolute max is185K Negotiate firm but not too hard because they have been known to rescind in non-tech due to the competition
I’ve already accepted the offer. Is it too late to go back and ask for more? I got the base I asked for. Would it be poor form to ask for more now?
Ask away. you can say you got another competing offer thrown at you but be ready for the eventual PIP due to the manager resenting you
