How much the Tc adds up to ? This does not really hit a crore does it ? I believe it can go more than this

Which company are you joining from? Is it easy to get into Amazon from a non tier 1 company at this level?
I got similar TC at 12 yoe. My base was 58 and rest everything was same. They can increase signon and RSU by around 10% from what I know.
My doubt is that TC will not increase for next 3-4 years, first sign on and then stock vesting will keep the TC neutral mostly.
You can negotiate for rsu and bonus part. 10% is something they should be able increase easily.
