Amazon Internal Transfer
I have an offer for Amazon New Grad. I am getting interview calls from other teams and I like the role. Currently I am assigned to a team but would love to join one of the other teams. Can someone tell me how soon can one make an internal transfer after joining Amazon?
My friend who is a new grad at Amazon managed to transfer to a team in NYC after just 4 months. They even went full out and gave him a baller relocation package!

I know someone who got a return offer after an internship at amazon, and contacted another team (in a location he wanted to live) and successfully got re-assigned to the new team. So even if you haven't started yet, I think you should be able to switch.
I tried but they rejected the Manager. The recuiter said it cant happen since you are assigned a team!
where are you getting in contact with these other managers?
You will be automatically put on dev-list if you attempt to internal transfer. Thatโs just how amazon works
What is a dev-list? I have other managers who are interested to have me in their teams!
