6 years of experience Amazon L5, Vancouver In the stage of discussing the compensation. The recruiter is asking me the expectation. I am thinking to ask 150k base. Is it too much? What should be the range for stocks and sign on bonus? Is sign on bonus divided and given every month in salary?
