Hello - any tips or comments on a L6 non tech amazon vendor manager? Specifically what the interviews are like and TC broken between base and stocks? Is this middle management or closer to entry level?
Just did an interview a few weeks ago for a non-tech L6 position and got an offer: Interviews: Learn and internalize the Leadership Principles. You don't need to stress yourself out about it, but make sure you have a couple of unique stories for each interviewer and tie in a few LP's per story. *Note, it'll also help if you can figure out who the Hiring Manager and Bar Raiser are. If LinkedIn sleuthing doesn't help, then you can ask your recruiter (mine told me) and make sure your best stories are reserved for them. They’re the two that will ultimately decide if you get in or not. TC: This may be a bit different (and depends on your YoE), but expect: Base: between $130-150k Sign-On: 50-100k (split between two years) RSU: 60-100 stocks
This is pretty accurate.
I am interviewing for a similar role. how was your interview ? what were you asked ?
MBA: not needed (but would help) Pulse: needed (will definitely help)
