I have 15+ YOE in technology. from various blogs, I seems it could be $170 base + 125K Sign-in Bonues + 200K RSUs Does it look realistic? I know RSUs are 5+15+20+20 for 4 years, but what about Sign-in Bonus? Paid all together vs. half/half Please Suggest #amazoncompensation
