Amazon L6 Sr. Marketing Manager comp
I’m interviewing for a L6 Sr. Marketing Manager role at Amazon. Been trying to find some info on what comp to expect in a possible offer, but am seeing big variations posted on bonus and stock awards. Who here has direct experience in that level and in marketing who can help set right expectations? Base salary is helpful to include as well.

I ended up getting an offer of 200 TC. After negotiating it went up to 230. I accepted and just learned 2 months ago that it was above the band for L6 but because I’m close to L7 and had strong points during negotiation they requested an exception. Or so I was told...
