Just received this offer. Curious what the thoughts are. Base 150/first-year bonus 81/second-year bonus 62/ RSU 120 shares. 12 YOE, Phoenix

I think that’s pretty good for a TAM but can’t tell if the base is a little low for L6. Maybe an Amazon person could comment on it.
