I got an offer for 260k. With 160k base, 92k sign on, 108RSU over 4 years. Is this a lowball? I have 15 YOE where 8 years on SDE and 7 years of TPM.
160+27 =187
RSU is given as 5% 1st year 15% 2nd and 20%every 6 month from that point on.
How did you come up with 260k TC? At current stock price you have (160 * 4 + 92 + 108 *1850)/4 = 230k
92k sign on for the 1st year and 65k 2nd year
