I know both have poor WLB reputation.. but which one is less recommended? Culture/ working hr/ career growth/ resume...
I've never changed jobs and hope to make some up-moves on my career. I really like both positions. The TCs are similar about $190.

UPDATE: Really appreciate everyone's inputs, invaluable to me! I'm now leaning more towards Accenture.. Here's what I gathered from here and research. Welcome discussions, I can continue update.
Amazon:
Pros:
- Good on resume, faang
- Great opportunity to quickly learn all process in SC and build on SME
- Huge org, risk to not find a fit group is low
- Exciting innovations, can have wide experience
- Almost no pip in Pgm
Cons:
- Initial package is very important, as once you are in, you can only change teams within the same level. This will have minimal change on your salary. You will also not get more stocks
- Promotion can only happen in same team, so purely depend on your boss. If your boss leaves in the middle, you need to start over. To L7/ L8 is genuinely not easy
- Reorg every yr after peak, people all have had many bosses
- No PTOs or even weekends during peak (Primeday and Nov/ Dec), 50% time need to work over time
To me:
- I'm a TL in my current role, this role is IC, not sure if I have the luck to get to TL or even promote to L7
- Need to relo to Bellevue, high col
- Package is very close to $190k, not high, only 25 RSUs
- I'm a female with growing family, not sure I can work day and night as IC
Accenture:
Pros:
- Training and accelerated application of skills, wide knowledge and experience of industries
- Consulting experience on resume
- Mgr role as recruiting consultants and manage project
- Promotion is possible and pay increase is higher
Cons:
- Consulting work nature, need to be able to sell even if you are not convinced
- Strategic networking/ being purposful is key, on people and projects
- Got switched from Strategy to Consulting branch, projects can be boring, not forward enough towards innovation (learning & excitement)
- Travel intensive
- Job security and bonus rely on overall economy
To me:
- Continue leading teams, might better WLB
- Management and customer facing soft skills build on top of my 9yr SME background. I feel I'm currently weak in this area
- Seems now all contracts are remote not travel required since Covid, customer office not fully open or just doesn't want to pay travel
- No need to relo
- $190k for Midwest is good
----------------------------------------------------------
Current TC: $138
Yoe: 9
WLB: 12/10 lol
